West Windows is a family owned business that has 30 years of experience. Ralph West had a vision to build the best window and door company in GTA and has turned his vision into a reality. Having his two sons “Chris West & Ryan West” and other family members heavily involved, it has built a strong moral structure and work ethic within the company. West Windows is built upon family values, hard work and doing business honestly with people.
Our Warranty
When you purchase from West Windows you receive a 5 year labor warranty from Window Wise. Window Wise is a national certification program which is guaranteed that you get certified installers, certified windows and certified contractors.
Our Strassburger windows come with a 20 year warranaty on the frame, hardware, paint and glass. The warranty is also transferable if you choose to sell your home to a new owner.
Our doors come with a ten year warranty on the door and coloured paint. White paint is covered for 20 years, our locks are covered by the 5 year labour warranty if there are any defects.
Who is Fibercraft?
West Windows has partnered with Fibercraft which is located in the small town of Hanover. Hanover was a furniture mecca in the 1800’s and this is one of the few companies that carry the tradition still today.
Although they have this tradition make no mistake, owner Bruce Schaus creates some the newest innovative doors on the market. He does not stop there but also uses a 3d printer to create new innovative door parts and pieces and is a true pioneer in the door industry.

We provide full training and put our installers through courses so they can provide the best possible service when installing windows and doors. We act and work not only as a team but as a family, we believe helping each other out and doing what ever it takes to be successful within our daily installations.
